My motivation for my project “Chrysanthemum Day”
This movie shows the bravery, so common to the Ukrainian nation when a small human chose to fight against the big authoritarian system. It speaks about the inner conflict over – whether to fight because you feel it is right or to surrender and live a simple life following the system’s rules. Overall, it’s quite a challenging project to be my first feature. But what is more worth spending so much efforts for?
